Pool service which includes chemicals, water testing, and treatments. Due to current the current market pricing is variable and is subject to change. Please contact our office for current pricing. All pricing requires a live visit to the property before pricing can be finalized. We do not compare nor price match on any rates under any circumstances.
Billed on a 4-week month. Months that have 5-weeks are not included with standard monthly service and are an additional charge. See SVC Agreement tab for more details.
This service is only for adjusting chemicals, balancing the water for your swimming pool. The customer is responsible for emptying the baskets, brushing, vacuuming, and skimming the pool.

Our 1 hour Pool School will have you well on your way to keeping a clear sparkling pool all on your own! Our Knights will walk you through the process to keeping your pool healthy and running at it's peak performance.
Service includes skimming, emptying baskets, emptying leaf canisters, brushing the pool, vacuuming, adjusting chemicals and balancing the water, and checking to ensure equipment is running at peak performance.
Over time filters build up with debris that enters your pool. Cartridge systems and DE filters require semiannual cleaning to ensure they are running at peak performance.
Drain Pool and Refill with Fresh Water.
-Start-Up Chemicals NOT included.
We do NOT drain pools when the outside temperature exceeds 80 degrees under ANY circumstances.
We understand that things break down and need a little TLC, let our team take care of those repairs and put your mind at ease. Non-Excalibur Pool Service customers are required to pre-pay for any service call or diagnostics. No exceptions are made.
Replacing defective parts on equipment, vac systems, pop-up cleaners, white glove items, timers, and deck lid covers. Excluding: heaters, light fixtures, electrical runs, slides, water features, and ozone systems. *Subject to additional charges for parts, equipment, labor, etc.
Inspections help the pool owner or potential new pool owner paint a picture on how the current equipment is functioning and if there are any recommendations that need to be addressed.
